The NESP Climate Systems Hub invites you to Australia’s next national adaptation conference in Perth from 23–25 July 2025.
As part of our commitment to a climate-resilient Australia, the hub supports this conference through the Climate Adaptation Initiative. This initiative fosters collaboration among researchers, policymakers, and practitioners to develop practical climate adaptation solutions. Learn more about our work here.
As Australia’s preeminent climate adaptation event, the conference focuses on climate vulnerability, impacts, and adaptation. It offers a valuable opportunity to share knowledge, network, and strengthen the growing adaptation community.
The three-day program features plenary sessions with key voices, panel discussions, workshops on specific challenges, and thematic presentations by delegates. Including a day reserved for Early Career Professionals.
Join fellow early career researchers and practitioners for a full-day workshop. Through interactive sessions and discussions with experienced presenters, you’ll gain tools to stay grounded and impactful in your work—whether that’s engaging stakeholders, practicing cultural awareness, or building a resilient career. Submit your expression of interest to lucy.wesson@utas.edu.au. Please note: a Full or Student Conference Pass is required to participate.
