Welcome to Spring from the NESP Climate Systems Hub.
It’s hard to believe we’ve already turned the page to September! As the days begin to warm and the year edges closer to its final quarter, it’s a great moment to reflect on the exciting momentum building across our hub.
Over the past few weeks, we’ve been busy preparing for and hosting our Hub Steering Committee meeting. These sessions are invaluable, giving us the opportunity to gather strategic insights from our steering committee. Their guidance has been instrumental in shaping the early development of our synthesis program, which will deliver communication products that shine a light on the breadth and depth of our research projects.
In this newsletter, we’re thrilled to share some of the new products coming out of our research projects, each designed to make our science more accessible, engaging, and impactful. You’ll also find updates on where our researchers will be presenting and connecting with communities, stakeholders, and collaborators at various events around the country.
One of the most exciting recent developments is the refresh of our website. This has been a rewarding project for our team, and we’re proud of the result. The new site is designed to better showcase our work and make it easier for everyone, especially policymakers and decision-makers, to explore the science and stories behind our research.
Thank you for being part of our journey. We look forward to sharing more with you as the season unfolds.
