In 2024, First Nation Peoples from across the country gathered on Tubba-Gah Country in Dubbo for the National First Peoples Gathering on Climate Change. From that powerful gathering came the 2024 First Nation Peoples Statement on Climate Change — a shared call for action, recognition, and respect.

This short film brings the statement to life through the voices of those who live and care for Country. Their words speak of deep connection, lived resilience, and a vision for climate justice grounded in cultural authority.
