The Climate Systems Hub has assessed Australia’s natural and human-induced carbon fluxes for the period 2010 to 2019. The work provides the most comprehensive understanding of Australia’s net carbon dioxide (CO2) balance and will help improve carbon accounting approaches and strategies to reduce emissions and increase sinks.
