May 7, 2025

Climate change is reshaping the future of Australian wine, affecting everything from vine health and ripening times to harvest logistics and worker safety. Wine growers across the country are already experiencing the impacts of extreme heat, shifting temperature and rainfall patterns, drought, flooding, frost, bushfire smoke taint, and more.
